AirbrushCustoms Accounting is licensed solely for use by personnel and service providers authorized by AirbrushCustoms (Graffitees). Access may be revoked at any time.
The application may be used for lawful internal accounting, reconciliation, tax preparation, invoicing, bill and vendor administration, artist administration, reporting, and related business operations. Users must follow company approval controls and protect authentication credentials.
The current release is read-only. Payment execution, payroll, tax filing, account deletion, reconciliation changes, and other material financial actions require separate authorization under AirbrushCustoms procedures. Users remain responsible for reviewing accounting and tax outputs.
Users may not access data without authorization, bypass security controls, disclose credentials, use the application unlawfully, or use QuickBooks data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
The application is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. QuickBooks and other source data may be incomplete or incorrect; outputs must be reviewed before financial, tax, or payment decisions.
The application is hosted on AWS Lightsail infrastructure in the United States and depends on Intuit QuickBooks Online. Their respective terms and availability also apply. Intuit does not sponsor or endorse this internal application.
AirbrushCustoms may suspend or terminate access at any time. On disconnection, the application will revoke available OAuth credentials and remove the active hosted connection record, subject to legally required records and backups.
