AirbrushCustoms Accounting is an internal business application operated by AirbrushCustoms (Graffitees). Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers acting for the business.
The application may access company profile information, chart-of-accounts data, customers, vendors and artists, products and services, invoices, bills, payments, purchases, deposits, transfers, journal entries, and accounting reports. It uses this information for bookkeeping cleanup, reconciliation, tax preparation, invoicing, vendor and artist administration, and related internal financial operations.
The service is hosted on AWS Lightsail infrastructure in the United States. It stores the QuickBooks company identifier and encrypted OAuth credentials. Financial records are retrieved only for authorized workflows; the service does not persist QuickBooks report or transaction results. Local accounting exports and snapshots are stored separately under AirbrushCustoms control.
QuickBooks data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by Intuit QuickBooks Online, AWS Lightsail and other infrastructure providers, and professional service providers necessary to operate the integration, subject to their applicable safeguards, or disclosed when required by law.
Connection credentials are retained while the integration is authorized. Disconnecting the integration revokes available OAuth credentials and removes the active hosted connection record. Accounting records may be retained as required for bookkeeping, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.
The integration uses encrypted transport, encrypted OAuth-token storage, access controls, restricted secrets, and least-privilege operational procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security.
